Katie Halliday and Euan Paterson, 29, met whilst studying at Loughborough University in 2010. They have lived, worked and travelled together for the past six years including a three month trip around Africa, climbing the world's highest free standing mountain, and completing some of Europe's toughest endurance challenges.
Their most recent trip was an eleven month cycle around the world, taking in 31 countries in four continents. In between their globe trotting and endurance sport exploits, they live and work in London.
Katie combines her love of endurance sport with her experience as a marketing consultant in the sport industry, to use her skills to capture and share tales from the road.
Having spent six years creating written and video content for some of the UK's leading sports organisations, Katie hopes to make readers feel like they are living from her panniers as she cycles the globe.
Euan aims to use his loves of food, meeting new people and getting stuck in to local customs and traditions to give readers a sense of what life is like in far flung and remote places.
Originally from Edinburgh, he loves swimming in freezing cold water, and getting out to places that few others have been before.
